EXPERIENTIAL x branding DESIGN

Assignment: Art direction and brand design for Washington Post Live,
the live event platform of The Washington Post, producing 250+ virtual and in-person events annually
featuring influential voices across politics, culture, technology, and global affairs.

Design/Art Direction: Concepted and led design branding for each event,
ensuring a distinct yet cohesive visual system aligned with The Washington Post’s identity.
Directed the creation of all marketing assets, including digital and print promotions,
virtual event graphics, social media campaigns, and in-room experiential elements when applicable.
Collaborated closely with newsroom, motion, and editorial teams to design assets
that support storytelling, including keynote visuals, lower-thirds, animated assets, and cross-platform integrations.
Oversaw design strategy from concept through delivery under fast-paced, high-volume conditions.
